Service Project Proposal

Our services begins once a client accepts the design proposal outlining the scope of the project, its budget, schedule, and the terms under which it will executed. Design projects are often quoted and billed by phase, with an intial fee representing 10 - 30 percent of total estimated fees and reimbursable expense. With new clients and web-site projects, some designers request as much as a 50 percent initial fee to ensure that they will be paid if the project is canceled in mid-schedule.

Print Design

The use of the design influence the price. If the design will be featured over an extensive geographical area or is an all-rights sale, fees are significantly higher than when used locally, within a selected area, or for limited usage. Print design can include: corporate package(logo, business card, letter head)

Web-Design

A typical web project may entail these concepts, site map organization, design of home page and secondary pages under main heading, supervision/direction of illustration/photography and limited animation, video and audio elements. Excludes reimbursable expenses. Creative design fees depend on the complexity of assignments, the clients size and budget, production needs and schedules, deadlines, and rights transfer.
